Debit Card and Mastercard Travel Notices

Online travel notices are now available for your Evergreen Credit Union Debit Card and Mastercard Platinum Credit Cards. If you are traveling and would like to place a travel notice, log into online banking today.

When in online banking, click the three dots to the right of your Checking or Mastercard. Look for the airplane icon that says “Travel Notice.” You will be redirected to the secure form to complete.

Members may also file travel notices by calling us at (920)729-2999 or by using the secure contact button in online banking.

Travel notices are not required when travelling within the United States. Use your EMV chip and PIN (when applicable) to avoid any interruption of service.
