Evergreen Credit Union is collecting donations for our annual Giving Tree. All organizations are nominated and selected by our staff. This year, we are collecting donations for the Neenah Animal Shelter, Harbor House, and NAMI Fox Valley. All donations must be dropped off by December 13th.

MEMBERS: We have been notified scammers are actively posing as “debit card specialists” to work on “fraud” cases.

Our fraud monitoring service SHAZAM will only ever ask you Yes or No is a transaction you. Real representatives will not ask for your PIN or Social Security Number. You will not need to log into a website (such as Amazon) or download software.

To verify any fraud alerts, you can call the number on the back of your debit card, or contact the credit union at (920)729-2999 to check the status of your card. You can also set up debit card transaction alerts through our mobile app to get notified whenever your card is authorized for a transaction.

Lastly, no matter the situation, never click any links in text messages or provide MFA codes over the phone.
