Teen Week 2026 – June 8th through 13th

Get a start on their financial journey and teach money management skills: join us June 8th through June 13th for Teen Week at Evergreen Credit Union!

Make an appointment to open up a Teen (Base) Checking account for children 13 and older, or stop in to review their account any time. We can help them get access to online banking, teach them how to move their money, and introduce basic banking principles.

Our accounts are perfect for their first job and college prep. Take advantage of our sub savings options to set goals and manage long-term savings from spending fun money. Name your goal, choose a saving method, and watch it grow!

Lastly, our 12 Month Sapling Certificate is available for our young savers. This is a special Share Certificate that allows money to be added at any time, and only requires $25 to start. Save money at a higher rate without the temptation to spend.

Seedling Savings Club

Not 13 yet? That’s okay. Children 12 and younger can join our Seedling Savings Club to get started on their savings journey. All minor accounts require a parent or guardian to help them learn good money habits.
