2021 Earth Day Giveaway

In celebration of Earth Day, Evergreen Credit Union is giving away a reclaimed rain barrel to two lucky winners. Reclaimed rain barrels were assembled by Sustain Greenville. Giveaway not affiliated with Sustain Greenville – but don’t be shy to support your local sustainability civic groups!

Earth Day is a global event that ECU proudly supports as part of our mission to be environmentally responsible. If you have ever visited our office at 1500 W. American Drive, you’ve probably noticed our rain barrels. Simple and easy to use, they are perfect for giving your garden quick hydration without running your tap. Encouraging the use of reclaimed materials and rain barrels in the community is just one of the many ways we are environmentally friendly.

Winners must be able to pick up their rain barrel from either our 1500 W American Drive, Neenah, or 133 N Richmond Street, Appleton address. Pick up will be coordinated at time of notification.

Note: reclaimed rain barrels are not food safe and do not contain potable water. Never drink from your rain barrel, and avoid using rain barrel water on edible gardens.

Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN: To enter, complete the online submission form at www.evergreencu.com. Online entries will be accepted until May 12th, 2021 at 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time. Evergreen Credit Union is not responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission errors and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control. Alternate means of entry: mail a self-addressed envelope with the following information enclosed; your full name, your complete address, a valid email address (if applicable), a valid telephone number (required), and the words Earth Day Giveaway. Mail entry to “Evergreen Credit Union, 1500 W. American Drive, Neenah WI, 54956.” One entry per person as determined by name and phone number. Mailed entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

ELIGIBILITY: You do not need to be a member of Evergreen Credit Union. One entry per person as determined by name and phone number. Giveaway open to persons 18 or older at time of entry who legally reside within Wisconsin. Employees of Evergreen Credit Union and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

PRIZES: Two (2) winners will be selected at random on Wednesday, May 12th 2021 at 1:00pm. Prize is one (1) reclaimed rain barrel valued at $40.00; each winner will receive identical prize. Odds are determined by the number of valid entries. Prizes are not transferable or assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Evergreen Credit Union reserves the right to extend the length of the promotion or substitute prizes for another item of equal value in its sole discretion.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will  be drawn on May 12, 2021 at 1:00pm. Winners will be notified by phone number (primary) and e-mail (secondary, if provided). Winners must arrange pick up of their prizes within 72 hours of notification otherwise they forfeit prize. Prizes must be claimed within seven (7) days of notification, otherwise they will be forfeit.

GENERAL DISCLOSURES: Void where prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees as legally required. All decisions made by Evergreen Credit Union are final. Evergreen Credit Union is not responsible for any damages that may occur following redemption and utilization of prize. Reclaimed rain barrels are not food safe and do not contain potable water.
