Activity Alerts Are Your First Line of Defense

Activity Alerts are your first line of defense against unauthorized transactions. Available in the ECU mobile app, Activity Alerts send a push notification to your mobile phone when a transaction is made following the criteria you set.

You set the Alert frequency. Choose from any time your card is authorized, to only card not present (online) transactions. If you make a lot of small purchases during the day, amount thresholds can also be enabled. As long as your phone is connected to internet or data, notifications are sent without delay.

To find Activity Alerts, go to the “More” hamburger button in the lower right of the ECU mobile app. Select the card you would like to enable alerts for. Choose “Edit Activity Alert Settings” with the grey bell icon. This will bring you to the menu with all Activity Alert options.
