Virtual StrongBox Termination – March 31st, 2023

On March 31st 2023, Virtual StrongBox’s (“VSB”) contract with Evergreen Credit Union will expire and VSB will be removed from It’s Me 24/7 Online Banking. All uploaded documents will be purged from the VSB system within 30 to 45 days of termination.
Members are advised to download any documents they wish to keep before March 31st. If you are interested in establishing your own personal account with VSB to continue use directly, please contact the credit union at (920)729-2999 before March 31st.
e-Receipts and other digital copies of member and loan forms will continue to be available within It’s Me 24/7 Online Banking under the eStatements tab. Members must be enrolled in eStatements to receive digital versions of their forms. If you are not interested in eStatements, Evergreen Credit Union can still share forms securely with you through e-mail.
Note: Members will continue to receive documents for electronic signature in online banking regardless of their eStatement preferences.
