Report a Lost or Stolen Card
We understand that losing your debit or credit card can be a frustrating experience. Scammers work around the clock, and you may need immediate assistance. Evergreen Credit Union partners with SHAZAM and Envisant to provide lost and stolen card services.
Members may also use online banking at any time to lock their debit or credit card and stop transactions. Look for Card Controls on the left hand side on desktop, or under the “More” menu using our mobile app.
Visa Debit Card
To report a lost or stolen Visa Debit Card, call our fraud management service SHAZAM at 1(833)288-1126. They are available 24/7 to help.
SHAZAM will close your card and stop any more transactions from happening. SHAZAM will also go over any recent transactions on your card. If needed, they will also help you file transaction disputes.
After, contact us at (920)729-2999 to order a new card. We will work with you to get a new one ordered. Instant issue debit cards are available for same day activation. You can leave a message after hours using the Contact Us link in online banking.
Mastercard Credit Card
To report a lost or stolen MasterCard Credit Card, please call our MasterCard processor Envisant at 800-325-3678. They will place a block on your card which will stop any new transactions from happening.
