Online Banking Is Getting An UpdateDated: August 02, 2021
Get excited! A new experience is coming your way. On August 25th, 2021, It’s Me 24/7 Online Banking will be getting a face lift. This update will allow online banking to more closely resemble our mobile app, making way for a similar experience and new features.
• Will I have a new username and password? NO! Your username and password will stay the same. However, if you have not logged in recently, your password may be expired based on our standard password requirements.
• Will Online Banking be unavailable? Redirects to the new version of the site will begin at 6:00am EST. While we need a moment to update links, online banking should continue to function as normal. If you are experiencing issues logging in online, we encourage you to try our mobile app instead.
• How do I log out? You can find the log out button by clicking your profile picture in the upper right. In the drop down menu, it is the last option under your “Jump” accounts.
Online Banking will still be available through our website using the green lock button – same location – but make sure to update any bookmarks you may have.
