Starting June 1st, members will have access to Virtual StrongBox in It’s Me 24/7 online banking. You will find it under the “My Documents” tab.
Virtual StrongBox (VSB) is a secure file storage program that comes with 10 MB of storage free of charge. VSB will allow you to access your files from anywhere you have an internet connection. If you have confidential documents you need to send, Virtual StrongBox includes an encrypted sharing platform that sets one-time access codes for your documents. Never share your information via e-mail or snail mail again.
You can receive electronic receipts for Evergreen Credit Union transactions after you have enabled Virtual StrongBox. Ask your Member Service Representative for a e-receipt the next time you stop in. All electronic receipts are populated in online banking – no longer worry about your financial information getting into the wrong hands. Save paper and enjoy an added layer of security.
