Reorder your checks online through Bank-a-Count! Make sure you have your checkbook handy. You can also order by calling or contacting us through online banking.
To report a lost or stolen Visa Debit Card, please call our fraud service SHAZAM at 1 (833) 288-1126. They are available 24/7 to help.
SHAZAM will close your card and stop any more transactions from happening. SHAZAM will also go over any recent transactions on your card. If needed, they will also help you file transaction disputes.
After, contact us at (920)729-2999 to order a new card. Instant issue debit cards are available for same day activation. You can leave a message after hours using the Contact Us link in online banking.
Mastercard Credit Card
To report a lost or stolen MasterCard Credit Card, please call our MasterCard processor Envisant at 800-325-3678. They will place a block on your card which will stop any new transactions from happening.
After, contact us at (920)729-2999 to order a new card. You can leave a message after hours using the Contact Us link in online banking.
If you think you are a victim of identity theft, call us immediately at (920)729-2999. We have Member Identity Theft Kits available at the credit union and we will do our best to help you through the process.
Important Information:
Evergreen Credit Union will never call or text you for your social security number or account information. We will never ask you to install screen sharing software. If you have received a request, contact us immediately at (920)729-2999.
Members are highly encouraged to create a unique and private username for online banking. Nobody will ever ask for your online banking username or password. Account codewords can also be added at your request for in-person and telephone transactions.
