Scam Warrant Phone CallsDated: October 07, 2020
We have had several reports about scam phone calls. The person on the phone claims there is a warrant for your arrest due to to fraudulent or suspicious activity on your bank account. They then ask for payment in the form of gift cards to avoid your arrest.
These phone calls are not legitimate. If you have been persuaded to purchase gift cards or otherwise share your banking details over the phone, please contact us immediately at (920) 729-2999.
Law enforcement will never ask for payment in the form of gift cards. If you are ever concerned about activity on your account, or have a question about your transactions, please call us or view your account at any time in online banking.
